THE ENROLMENT PROCESS
Clifton St Children’s Centre is excited to now be managing our own waitlist and enrolment system for childcare placements. We will still be working with the Darebin Council Central Waitlist for 4 year-old Funded Kindergarten placements.
This means that you are no longer required to apply through the Darebin Centralised Waitlist to seek a Childcare placement at Clifton Street or pay a fee. Families can apply for childcare once a doctor has provide you with a due date or after your child’s birth. If your child is already enrolled at Clifton Street and you are looking to re-enrol in child care for next year please contact us on 03 9486 3299 or email us at [email protected].
Joining our Childcare waitlist is a very simple process through our MyLounge portal below (you may already be using the portal at your out of school hours care or childcare).
If you already have a MyLounge account please login below and create a booking request. You will receive an email immediately after you have lodged your booking request.
If this is your first time using the MyLounge portal, please click on the Register button below and create an account. You will use this account in the future to manage your waitlist application as well as any future enrolments.
Once you have created your account you will need to follow the below steps in order to create a waitlist application:
CONTACT: Complete this section with your contact information.
CHILD: Complete this section with information about your child.
BOOKING REQUESTS: Click on the NEW REQUEST button and complete this section.
If you are seeking care and education for more than one child, please be sure to include all children in step 2 and ensure Booking Requests are for all children.
We will only receive your waitlist application once you have completed all of the above steps.
You are not required to complete an enrolment form at this stage; you will be asked to do this when you accept a placement offer from us in the future.
Please keep your login details in a safe place as you will need to log in if you wish to change any of your waitlist information in the future. It is important that you keep your waitlist application up to date.
If you are seeking a 4 year old Funded Kindergarten placement we are still part of the Darebin Council Kindergarten centralised enrolment system for funded 4 year-old kindergarten.
